A14 Improvement Scheme suggested walking route Brampton Woods

Disclaimer: This route is suggested based on existing rights of way. It has not been tested

Approximate length of route 6.8km. 

Start: Brampton Hut Services

Walk south exiting the services along new public right of way west of the A1

Turn west to follow a trackway underneath the A14 and follow grass bridleway (28/19) heading south

At Brampton Road, turn west towards Brampton Woods following the National Cycle Network (route 12)

At Brampton Woods car park head north through the woods to rejoin bridleway (28/19) along the northern edge of the woods. Turn east to follow the bridleway.

Rejoin the trackway west of the A14 and head north back to Brampton Hut Services.
