Description
The Friends manage Peacocks Meadow, developing and maintaining the garden, enriching the natural habitat, holding events and activities which are free to all.
We welcome volunteers of all ages and abilities. We undertake all kinds of tasks, planting, pruning, ground clearance, social events and family activities.
We will find a task that suits you! Some tasks require clothing suitable for outdoor work.
We hold mass planting events of trees and plants, maintenance and social events.
Tasks we need help with:
- Maintenance and upkeep of community spaces
- Preparing and serving food and drink
- Helping to run the group or activity
