Wildlife Walk - Birds of the Fens

Join us for a morning wander exploring the wildlife of the Fens. The session will focus on improving your skills for identifying fenland birds. Led by local writer and wildlife guide David Chandler. Repeated on Thursday 12th October, Thursday 23rd November and Saturday 25th November.

David is a wildlife guide and freelance writer. He has authored/co-authored 17 books including the RSPB Children’s Guide to Bird Watching, Kingfishers, and A Beginner’s Guide to Dragonflies & Damselflies, and a regular contributor to Bird Watching magazine. He worked for the RSPB and BirdLife International for almost 20 years.

Meet at the RSPB car park (grid reference: TL 34241 69901, What3Words: typically.first.manages). The following parking charges apply: Non-members: £2 per vehicle, per day. RSPB members: FREE. Blue Badge holders: FREE.
