Wilder home-school (Cambourne): Family Walk and Pond Dip

This is part of a series of 5 trial sessions in Cambourne designed for home-school families. They can be enjoyed individually or as a programme.

In this session, join Becca Badger for an adventure on Cambourne Nature Reserve. We'll walk to Redgrave Water lake doing challenges along the way, then spend some time pond dipping before strolling back. You'll be amazed at what we find in the lake; it's as exciting for adults as it is for children!

This session is perfect for ages 5-13. We will adapt to the group, but it is not suitable for children under 5 for health and safety reasons. You are welcome to bring pre-walking babies in a sling or buggy.

These are family sessions so children need to be accompanied by a responsible adult. The sessions are designed for everyone to enjoy.

£5 (plus booking fee) per child for members

£7.50 (plus booking fee) per child for non-members

Accompanying adults and siblings under 12 months are free
