Mindfulness-in-Nature Wellness Walk
Would you like a chance to treat yourself to the peace and healing of mindful walking among the ancient trees of Wandlebury?
Winter is the season to slow down, take stock of what you have accomplished, and the challenges overcome. This contemplative walk will offer guidance in mindful walking, a chance to connect with nature's raw beauty in its regenerating dormancy, inviting us to do the same, if only for an hour's respite to your busy schedule and commitments, as well as a connect with others wanting the same. David, Mindful Green Coach, will lead monthly walking to wellness events to help us all build resilience over the winter and recharge our batteries in time for spring.
