Walking in nature is excellent for Mental health and good for grounding.

It is so good to get outside now the weather is getting better.

I'm starting a new walking group around Peterborough Central Park every Tuesday at 10am. Meeting outside the Willow Cafe and walking around the park at a pace to suit you and then afterwards going for a drink in the cafe is anyone would like.
