Santa's Grotto

This is a truly unique experience where the outside is recreated inside. We pride ourselves on providing a unique experience for every child who comes through the door. Due to covid, we are operating a “one family at a time” procedure. Because of this, we are asking that you arrive at your allotted time and not before to avoid any long queues inside and minimise any risks. The cafe will be open during grotto times if you are early. When you arrive you will be greeted by our cheeky elves who will book you in to meet Santa. Your festive excursion through our woven willow tunnels will reveal a few surprise guests on the way and promises to be fun. Santa and Mrs Clause will be delighted to meet you and you will receive a Christmas gift. All our presents are supplied by Barnardo’s so all the money raised from the gifts supports the work of this wonderful children’s charity.

The event is from the 9th of December till the 10th of December.
