Dragonfly & Damselfly walk for Beginners

Trail

Discover Cambridgeshire's wonderful dragonflies and damselflies, and practise your identification skills, with this free guided walk with local wildlife expert David Chandler. David will help you to tell your Southern Hawker from your Broad-bodied Chaser, and other useful tips for how to identify the variety of species seen in the fens. This event is also running on Thursday 25th May.

We will send details of where to meet and additional details via email closer to the event.

This event has been organised by the New Life on the Old West (NLOW) project. The NLOW project is delivering wildlife habitat enhancements in green spaces and the surrounding countryside in the Cambridgeshire Fens. Through a diverse series of events and a dynamic volunteering programme, we’re building a stronger connection between people’s green space assets and the biodiversity on their doorstep.
